Did you know that Kidz Closet Charities is a grassroots, all-volunteer, non-profit Community Project where 100% of donated dollars go directly to operational costs to support the day-to-day operations of the charity?
Did you know that Kidz Closet Charities acts as a Clothing Pantry serving over 30 partner agencies, all Head Start Programming, and every elementary school in Indian River County?
Did you know that Kidz Closet Charities distributes between 5,000 and 10,000 children’s items per week/year round throughout Indian River County?
Did you know that last year Kidz Closet Charities distributed over 1,000 gently-used sneakers to school and agencies in Indian River County?
Did you know that Kidz Closet Charities distributes thousands of books per year to local schools, head start programming, and Pre-K initiatives?
Did you know that Kidz Closet Charities is the only agency in the County that provides new underwear, socks, and diapers to school nurses and agencies that support mothers and their children?
Did you know that Kidz Closet Charities is responsible for the establishment and stocking of uniform closets in most Title 1 schools in IRC with an emphasis on the schools that serve children living in local shelters?
Did you know that Kidz Closet Charities is a resource that is depended upon by every teacher, counselor, case worker, school nurse, school administer, and children’s advocate in Indian River County?

A Caring Center for Women, Boys & Girls Clubs, Camp Haven, CareNet, CASTLE, Childcare Resources, Children’s Home Society, Crossover Mission, Department of Children and Families, Early Learning Center(s), FarmWorkers Association of America, Gifford Youth Achievement Center, Girls on the Run of the Treasure Coast, Guardian Ad Litem, Healthy Start Coalition of IRC, Hibiscus Children’s Center, Hope for Families Center, IRC Sheriff’s Department, Little Birthday Angels, Redlands Christian Migrant Association, Restoration House, SafeSpace, Samaritan Center, The ARC, The Source, The Wabasso School, VB Park and Recreation, Youth Guidance, all Head Start programming in Indian River County, all local Title l schools, as well as any/all schools in IRC as needed.
